Yes. Soft Hex Studio garments are printed after you order. They are not sitting on a shelf.
How long does production take?
Typically 2–5 business days to print, then the carrier takes over. These are estimates, not guarantees. Shipping is included — checkout shows $0 shipping.
Can I return for size, color, or a change of mind?
No. Because each piece is custom-printed, we cannot accept returns for the wrong size, the wrong color, or a change of mind. Use the size guide on the product page before you order.
What if my garment arrives damaged or misprinted?
Email hello@softhexstudio.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo of the whole garment. We reprint or refund. You do not send the piece back.
