Soft Hex Studio (“we”) uses Shopify to power this store and Printful to print and ship. We collect what we need to fulfill orders and to write you about them.

What we collect

Name, email, shipping address, payment confirmation (Shopify processes cards; we do not store full card numbers), order contents, and messages you send to hello@softhexstudio.com.

Who sees it

Shopify, Printful, and the carrier need order data to charge, print, and deliver. If we add email or ads tools later, they only receive what that job requires.

Your rights

Email us to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold, or to opt out of marketing. Checkout and shipping emails are required to complete an order.
