Shipping policy

Shipping

Orders are printed after you buy them, then handed to the carrier. We sell first to the United States and the United Kingdom. Other countries may appear at checkout.

Timing

Printing usually takes 2–5 business days. The day you order does not count. After that, US standard transit is often 3–4 business days. UK standard from Europe is often 3–7. International standard can run 5–20. These are estimates, not a promise of a date.

Shipping is included in the price of our current products. At checkout you will not be charged a separate shipping fee for destinations we ship to. We do not run free-shipping coupon campaigns.

You get tracking by email when the parcel ships.

Customs

International orders may be charged duties or tax by the destination country. Those charges are yours unless checkout says otherwise.

Lost or damaged

Write hello@softhexstudio.com with your order number. Lost in transit: tell us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Damaged or defective: tell us within 30 days of delivery, with a photo of the whole piece.
